Electrical Engineering branch is one of the core branches which incorporates precious contributions for achieving solutions to the emerging challenges in industry and varied sectors of engineering education. The Department of Electrical Engineering at IIMET has initiated efforts for preparing the upcoming electrical engineers to contribute appreciably for bringing in sustainable improvements for society.

Internal Quality Assurance Center
The Department has its own Internal Quality Assurance Center (IQAC). This Center has a collection of premium books and is eager to add journals, project reports and seminar papers shortly.
Computer Center & Internet Facility
The Department has its own Computer Center with Internet facility in all computers. Internet facility easy access to the internet.
