1. Seminar on Embedded systems and Robotics by Kaizen Robeonics Research Pvt. Ltd. , conducted at IIMET campus. This seminar was for the students of Electronics and communication .The objective of seminar was to introduce the students to the field of robotics which will be highly beneficial to them in terms of their minor & major projects and career enhancements. Knowledge on basics of robotics was imparted.
2. A special lecture on “IMAGE PROCESSING " was conducted for the students 3rd and 4th year from EC and EE by Asst. Professor Vijay K. Sharma of MNIT. During his lecture, he also explained the new developments and the use of computer algorithms to perform image processing on digital images. He describes the advantages of digital image processing over analog image processing. It allows a much wider range of algorithms to be applied to the input data and can avoid problems such as the build-up of noise and signal distortion during processing.
3. Iindustrial visit was organized by department at Power Engineering (INDIA) Pvt. Ltd. (PAI KANE) , GOA.During their visit they got the practical knowledge about the uninterrupted power supply mechanism and their working.The outcome of this visit was very fruitful for student.
4. Industrial visit coordinated by the department of Electronics & Comm. Engineering at OMEGA ELECTRONICS, Jaipur & RADETRON, Jaipur
CS Department
1. Industrial visit at D-Link (India) Limited was conducted by the department. D-Link unveils all the new cloud services which allow us to effortlessly access, share ,view and control our network devices. During the visit students learns hoe the network devices can be reached instantly by using a computer or a portable device.
2. Seminar on Campus Training and Recruitment named "Career Path Program" under " INDUSTRY ACADEMIC INTERFACE " by Mr. Rachit Mehindru was organized by the department. He guided the students on current industry trends related to existing and evolving technologies and also discussed the basic requirements of the industry that a fresher must have to bridge the gap between the fresher and industry. A presentations on todays industrial scenario, experiences of great successful people, and the expectations of the industry from todays generation respectively.
3. A seminar on Adobe Photoshop Basics, Advanced Photoshop with VFX and animation was organized for the students of Computer Science.Through this seminar cum workshop , students will know how they can start their careers as web designer, graphic design and many designing fields and how Website designer industry, animation and VFX industry are moving these days and what these industry wants in student.
4. A one day workshop on LINUX Technology named Hidden World of Open Sourcefor the students of Computer Science of all semesters in collaboration with GRRAS (LINUX Training & Development Center), Jaipur.
5. A 4 day certification training workshop on DB2, IBM from the IBM Academic Initiative Programin collaboration with IBM and Florence Fennel Informatica (P) Ltd., Noida.
6. Seminar on
TGMC (The Great Mind Challenge) -2012 by the Regional Head of IBM Mr. Sanjeev Dev.
7. Students of 3rd year were taken for an industrial visit visit at Pratham Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Jaipur where the students were exposed to the industry enviourment and was also imparted the knowledge about the latest technology.
8. A CDAC Exam was conducted by the department of Computer Science in which top 3 students won cash prize & top 10 students got free training from CDAC.
Mechanical Engineering Department
1. A Seminar on Quality Management was conducted for the students of 3rd & 4th yr in our campus. An expert on this , Mr.Lalit Gulani (M.Tech from MNIT,Jaipur & B.Tech from Govt Engineering College,Kota) was invited for the same .The lecture was very informative and was delivered through PPT presentation. Many tools and salient features by which we can establish quality in the Industry was also shared with the students.

4. The Student of pre final year was taken for an Industrial visit at CIPET, JAIPUR.
